Most orders will ship out within 24 hours (excluding Malaysia and weekends) of ordering. In peak periods, please allow us for up to 5 business days to dispatch. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-10 business days. All orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking ID. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

IF courier is unable to deliver the package, you will have 2 days to provide us with the alternative address / contact number.
All packages will be disposed if alternative address is not provided / or assigned address is invalid, and you will be charged for full amount of your order.
We do not accept return / refunds.
We accept return / refund only if the product is damaged from shipping or wrong products are shipped. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your tracking number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Customs clearance procedures and inspections can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. ETUMAX.COM.MY is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damanged packages.

2. Can I make a payment online if I place an order by call/whatapps/email ?
Sure. You will get the payment link by email to make payment online with credit card, debit card, paypal or bank transfer, this method suitable for foreigner or local buyer.
3. What if there is a problem with my bank account?
If there is a problem with your nominated bank account and payment cannot be processed we will email or whatapps you alerting you of the problem. If payment cannot be processed the next day your order will be automatically paused. We recommend that you get in touch with your bank to find out more details about the failed transaction. If you wish to add or select a different metod, please send email to us as soon as possible. We will process your order and we will email you when your order has been processed and the goods are ready to be shipped to you.
4. How are oders shipped?
All orders are managed by courier shipping company like FeDex, DHL, UPS and Aramex. Successful orders will be shipped within one or two business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an message from us confirming that the order is on its way and will provide you with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier shipping company website.
5. I haven’t received my order within the specified timeframe. What do I do?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame please contact customer support via email: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number or invoice and your tracking number if you have.
